I suppose I'm wondering about Maths (module), what does it do / how could it open up the possibilities, as well as other useful functions/modules. I'm not looking for a sequencer or add'l reverb/effects modules. Is it limited, with regards to its tuning range? (fixed intervals, etc.) Are there better modules for this sort of thing? (a small drone machine, with some flexibility) - any thoughts are appreciated. I guess, I'd like an idea of what I'd need (add'l voices, VCA, LFOs, routing options etc.) to optimize a small "skiff", based on the sound-action-characteristics of the telharmonic module. Some examples of it reminded me of the long-form (slowly animated/modulated) drone music of Rafael Toral, Éliane Radigue, La Monte Young (et al), as well as the sorts of sounds I could get with the flange effect (revolving, 'illuminated' harmonics, on sustained sounds) of an Ibanez DM-1000 delay. I'm imagining something small (3-5 modules), and wondering what would compliment the telharmonic, or increase its functionality in desirable ways. I realize the tELHARMONIC is digital, I'm not sure that I'd even need a filter for it. I have an 0-coast, and I love the (thick, raspy) sound qualities of it. Are there better modules for this sort of sound (clean-ish, bold-sounding chords comprised of sine waves (or partials), with fluid control of the harmonic sounds etc.) - I've no experience with modular systems. I'm wondering if it'd be worthwhile to build a small system around the tELHARMONIC module, something fairly basic, for the purpose of (primarily) drone music. its potential for drone music with shifting harmonics and fluid (?) chord structures. I like the action of the Centroid and Interval knobs. I've been listening to various SC and YouTube examples of the telharmonic and I like the general sound of this module.
